Update error: License of Gravity Forms has expired. You must renew your license

We have Gravity forms 2.4.17 with an active license. We recently applied a new license and activated it. Download Monitor 4.4.2 is installed and active. Download Moniotr – Gravity Forms Extension 4.0.0 is installed an active. We recently purchased a new license for Gravity Forms Lock-personal and we got a download zip for dlm-gravity-forms-4.0.1.zip. When we try to upgrade through WordPress we are getting the error message:”Update error: License of Gravity Forms has expired. You must renew your license” with a link to https://www.download-monitor.com/checkout/. This is license we already bought. I do not see anywhere to enter code we received when we purchased the plug-in or any upgrade instructions. How do I upgrade and clear this error message?

Registration form. The 404 error.

Hello! Please help us solve the problem with the registration and authorization form.
Yesterday, when testing registration, I found that this form does not work correctly, because when you exit the administrative panel, clicking the “Exit” button redirects to page 404 (https://glav-part.com/login-2__trashed/?logged_out=true).
Previously, redirecting the “log In” button, that is, when you fill in your username and password, instead of getting to the administrative panel, it threw you to page 404. Couldn’t get inside the panel. After a full Windows update, the “log In” button is working, but when you exit, it still returns a 404 error.
There was an error with a single plugin that allows all users of the site to post and sell their products. It threw you to page 404 when you clicked “Edit product”. In other words, you can upload a product, but you can’t change it.
I thought it was all about the plugin, but after deleting it, the registration form continues to work incorrectly. At least you can log in now.
I turned to my host, who found the reason for the error, here’s what he writes:

Image ratio on Square mosaic layout

I like your plugin, now a long time I was looking for this kind of feature.
But, is there anyway to keep the image ratio of rectangular pictures used in the Square gallery ? (they are deformed on this layout).
Or the only way is cropping them before submitting them to your plugin ?

Importing image captions using feed to post

Hello. I am processing a feed where the source article contains an image and an associated image caption. When I inspect the page code, I see that the caption is tagged via figcaption element. I want to display the image caption in my post. I’ve tried a number of options but am having no luck grabbing the caption. Do I have any options here? I could not find existing Forum Q&A. Below are the items referenced above.

Email not overriding

Hi,
I added a new notification for password resets, but the email delivered is old (default which was being sent before the plugin was installed).
However, for new users (confirmation) and post-registration (welcome) emails are being sent with new content which was added in the plugin.

Hello, so I’m trying to make a first page to search by Store List, but without the map and with the search fields on the top of the page.
The field that appears on the widget sidebar would serve, only on the top of the page.
Is that possible?
Also, the “Submit” button on the shop search it’s having troubles too, when a search is submited it redirects without the “index.php” and gaves a 404 not found error.

Thanks for this plugin, its amazing and useful but unfortunately after the last update the website become so slow, even if we got error 500 or 503 while your plugin is active. Once we deactivate it.. the website works very well!
