Hi, i have been desperately searching for the solution to my problem for a few days and am yet to find a solution. I require a live chat service that is for members only which requires a login. Basically i am selling a live chat & telephone support service for my members so they can ask questions and get support. I have my telephone service setup and ready so just need a solution for the live chat.
All of the WordPress plugins that i have come across are for a live chat for visitors which is no good for me. Does anybody know of any plugins that provide a members only live chat service or a service that i can integrate with my WordPress site?
Would it be possible for me to create a members area on my site and place an ordinary live chat service in there? I already have a live chat plugin running for visitors but that’s active across my whole website.
Failing that does anybody know of a service where i can setup a members only live chat outside of my WordPress site?
I am willing to pay for the right plugin / service.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
