Member Directory not showing Biography correctly

Hi,

I’ve edited the Biography to include text like “I have worked for X & Y”. In the user profile it appears correctly, but when I add the Biography field in the Member Directory it appears as <p>"I have worked for X &amp; Y" </p>

How can I fix this?
