I have installed amazon-associates-link-builder.1.4.4.
I have filled in all settings except for Default Marketplace.
I cannot enter any option into the blank available.
The space for Default Marketplace looks like a drop down menu, but there are drop-down options. And I cannot type anything into the blank.
