I just installed Pixel Caffeine (looks great) and was wondering how to set up a trigger to display an ad after a longer period of time, (like a week or a month) for people that have seen the ads and need a bigger incentive.
Also, does this plugin cover how often the ads are shown? (1x a day vs 10xs for example).
