According to the docs here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/json-api/other_notes/#3.2.-Content-modifying-arguments, the orderby=menu_order argument only works for pages. This makes it hard to use plugins like https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-post-order/ with the API. First off any particular reason this is not possible with anything other than pages? Second is there a way to adjust things to make this work?
