BE CAREFUL BUYING – ***Support avoids paid customers***

I never understand when a company decides to avoid their customers rather than respond to them in a timely manner. The only people who are posting positives are those who have not yet experienced an issue where the author/company doesn’t yet have an answer.

I have respectfully asked repeatedly for help on an issue but am avoided rather than being responded to. Looking through other support posts and reviews, I see many others suffer the same fate.

When they have no answer, they simply leave you hanging and never respond.

We have a ticket open and a support post on this site. All they have done is ask us to repeat the problem and when we do, they simply avoid us.

Very confused about being avoided. All it takes to win customer loyalty is timely responses, even if it’s bad news, it’s better than causing bad feelings between the customer and the product. Truly strange and childish behavior.

Personally, I am tired of buying products from children that don’t respect their customers when things go wrong. Reviews are one thing but paypal and other payment sites should be warned when enough complaints begin to show up so that such people do not take advantage of those who do not take the time to read reviews or decide to only see the positive ones.
