Page Template dropdown is missing

Dear all,

Please forgive me to double post here and in “discover” theme sub-forum which has no response for last several month.

I have installed latest wordpress 4.7.1 and Discovery Theme 2.3.

For the “Page Attribute”, I am only able to find “Parent” and “Order”, but I am not able to find the “Template” Dropdown to select the template, so I cannot select “Custom Home” template.

I have tried all the means. There are files in page-templates folder with “Template Name: xxx” well-defined.

Can you please kindly help?
